    摘要 前列腺癌骨转移是前列腺癌最常见的转移方式，抗雄激素药物的耐药性和放化疗的有效性和不良反应导致现代医学在前列腺癌骨转移治疗上陷入困境，而中医药治疗作为一种疗效明确、不良反应少的治疗方法已经得到越来越多的中西医学者的重视。基于中医学“肾主骨”“阳化气，阴成形”“不荣则痛、不通则痛”等经典理论，临床医家在防治前列腺癌骨转移时多从温肾法入手，取得了一定的成效。
