    摘要 林洪生教授从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤工作近50年，在全面继承与完善余桂清等老一辈专家“扶正培本”学术思想的基础上，经过多年的临床与基础研究，进一步凝练创新，形成了“固本清源”学术思想，并将恶性肿瘤的防治方法总结浓缩为“五治五养”。其中“五养”指心理调养，饮食调养，功能调养，运动调养和膏方调养。文章介绍了林教授“五养”康复的具体内容，并以肺癌围手术期康复为例，探析“五养”康复的具体运用，为林教授学术思想的传承与推广提供参考。
