    摘要 变应性鼻炎属于中医学“鼻鼽”范畴。通过文献整理，從六经辨证立论，结合古代文献及现代研究梳理总结变应性鼻炎的六经辨证规律，以扩展临床辨证思路。张仲景继承《黄帝内经》理论，著《伤寒论》开创六经辨证理论体系，对变应性鼻炎临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。

    Abstract Allergic rhinitis belongs to the category of “biqiu” in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This paper summarizes the law of syndrome differentiation of allergic rhinitis by literature sorting，from the theory of syndrome differentiation of six channels，combining ancient literature with modern studies，in order to expand the methods and ideas of clinical syndrome differentiation.Inheriting theories from Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor，ZHANG Zhongjing wrote the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases，and created the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation of six channels，which has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis.
