    摘要 昆仙胶囊为纯中药复方制剂，由昆明山海棠、淫羊藿、菟丝子和枸杞子四味中药配伍组成，具有祛风除湿、补肾通络的功效，是近年国际上公认的治疗类风湿关节炎较为有效的慢作用药物，主治类风湿关节炎证属风湿痹阻兼肾虚证。临床上昆仙胶囊主要用于治疗类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、狼疮性肾炎、肾病综合征、慢性肾脏病、过敏性紫癜等疾病。现综述了昆仙胶囊的临床应用及不良反应，为进一步临床合理应用提供参考。

    Abstract Kunxian Capsules are a pure traditional Chinese preparation prescription，which is composed of the compatibility of Shan Haitang，Herba Epimedii，Semen Cuscutae，Fructus Lycii in Kunming.It has effects on dispelling wind and eliminating dampness，tonifying the kidney and dredging collaterals，and is recognized worldwide as an effective slow-acting drug in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in recent years.Clinically，Kunxian Capsules are utilized for rheumatoid arthritis，ankylosing spondylitis，lupus nephritis，nephrotic syndrome，chronic kidney disease，allergic purpura and other diseases.This paper reviews the clinical application and adverse reactions of Kunxian Capsules，and provides references for further clinical rational application.
