    摘要 中医学是在时间的进程中认识疾病，探讨疾病的发生、发展、变化规律的。中医“时复病”是一类典型的时间性病症，指在某一季节患某病，过季即止，来年在该季复发如初的一类病症，具有年节律性、复发性、自限性及个体性4大特点。正虚邪伏为时复病发病之因，内外相引为时复病发病之机，或因人体内外环境不相适应，引起伏邪自发，或因新感时令外邪引动体内伏邪以诱发。基于对时复病发病机制的认识，治疗上强调因时制宜，通过因四时调脏腑阴阳、因四时调气机升降、因四时调身体寒热、因四时驱邪外出等顾护正气、祛邪外出，同时还要注意通过静息期调理和日常保健进行瘥后防复，方可有效治愈时复病。
