    摘要 探讨带状疱疹急性期的针灸治疗临床现状，并提出临床治疗中所存在的问题，以便为临床提供更多思路以及治疗方案。查阅整理过去5年的相关文献资料，进行归纳和总结分析。带状疱疹急性期使用针灸治疗效果好，操作简便。综合治疗技术应用研究最多，且治疗效果理想，在临床上具有较高推广价值。

    Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster in Acute Stage

    Abstract To investigate the clinical status of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the acute stage of herpes zoster， and to put forward the existing problems in clinical treatment， so as to provide more ideas and treatment plans for the clinics.The literature of the past five years were reviewed and analyzed.Acupuncture and moxibustion was effective and easy to operate in the acute stage of herpes zoster.The application of comprehensive treatment technology has been studied the most， and the therapeutic effect is ideal， which is of high clinical value.
