    摘要 疲乏是癌症患者最常见的症状之一，严重影响患者生理、心理和社会功能，降低了患者的生命质量。现有的患者报告结局(Patient Report Outcome，PRO)量表因无法完全体现中医治疗特色，应用于中医药临床研究时仍存在问题。现就癌因性疲乏临床研究中常用的PRO量表进行总结，从研究人群、测量负担、治疗阶段以及量表类型4方面展开讨论，并提出开发适用于中医药研究的评估工具的建议。

    Abstract Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms of patients with cancer，which has a negative impact on their physical，psychological and social functions，causes significant impairment in overall quality of life.Due to the inability to fully reflect the characteristics of TCM treatment，there are still problems of the existing PROs when applied to clinical research of TCM.This paper summarizes the PRO scale commonly used in clinical research on cancer-related fatigue，discusses it from 4 aspects，namely the study population，measurement burden，treatment stage and scale type，and proposes the development of evaluation tools suitable for TCM research.
