    摘要 癌性疼痛是恶性肿瘤患者常见的症状之一，对患者的生命质量甚至生命安全具有重大的影响，正确的评价以及合理的干预对癌性疼痛的控制尤其重要。对癌性疼痛准确的评价借助于特定的评价工具，现对目前癌性疼痛的评价方法和评估工具以及选择适宜患者报告结局(Patient Reported Outcomes，PRO)工具的要素展开综述，并提出探索与中医辨证分型相适应的PRO工具开发，利于科学阐释中医辨证论治的优势。

    Abstract Cancer pain is one of the common symptoms of patients with malignant tumors and has a significant impact on the quality of life and even life security of patients.Correct evaluation and reasonable intervention are especially important for the control of cancer pain.The accurate evaluation of cancer pain is based on specific evaluation tools.The paper summarizes the current evaluation methods and evaluation tools of cancer pain and the elements of selecting suitable Patient Reported Outcomes(PRO) tools，and proposes exploration and TCM differentiation.The development of PRO tools suitable for classification is helpful to scientifically explain the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. ......
