    摘要 准确、标准的评估工具对肿瘤患者放射性皮肤损伤的诊断、防治均有重要意义。现对国内外开发的放射性皮肤损伤评估工具进行综述，并分析现有评估工具的特点、存在的问题。建议肿瘤诊治和研究时依据患病人群特点、干预效果、测量负担、是否在目标人群中应用或验证等选择适宜的量表。为全面评估放射性皮肤损伤症状表现及对患者生命质量的影响，开展高质量临床研究，合理实施针对性干预措施提供了方法和依据。

    Abstract Accurate and standard assessment tools are important for the diagnosis and interventions of radiation dermatitis(RD) in cancer patients.This paper reviews the radiation skin damage assessment tools developed at home and abroad，and analyzes the characteristics and problems of existing assessment tools.It is suggested that the appropriate scale should be selected according to the characteristics of the disease population，the intervention effect，the measurement burden，whether it is applied or verified in the target population，etc.during tumor diagnosis and research.This paper provides a method and basis for comprehensively assessing the symptoms of radiation-induced skin injury and the degree of quality of life ......
