    摘要 特发性肺纤维化(Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis，IPF)属于呼吸系统难治性疾病之一，西医治法疗效欠佳且有一定不良反应。IPF归属于中医“肺痹”“肺痿”等范畴，在其发展过程中，“瘀血”贯穿始终。中医药治疗IPF具有一定疗效，活血化瘀法是中医特色治法之一，在IPF的治疗中占有重要地位。通过系统文献评价，系统分析活血化瘀法治疗IPF的有效性及其作用机制，为科学、规范开展IPF相关研究及临床治疗提供理论依据。

    Abstract Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is one of the refractory diseases of respiratory system diseases.Western therapy is less effective and has some side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has certain curative effect on IPF.IPF belongs to the category of “lung arthralgia and lung flaccidity” in TCM.In its development，“blood stasis” runs through it.TCM has a certain effect on IPF.The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is one of the characteristic therapies of TCM and plays an important role in the treatment of IPF.Through systematic literature evaluation，this paper systematically analyzes the effectiveness and mechanism of activating blood and removing blood stasis in treating IPF，providing theoretical basis for scientific and standardized IPF related research and clinical treatment. ......
