    摘要 股骨头坏死是骨科常见疾病，属中医学“骨蚀”“髀枢痹”范畴，不仅给患者带来巨大痛苦而且大多患者最终难逃置换股骨头的厄运，所以寻找一种有效的保守治疗方法成为医学界一直面临的难题。王进教授研究络病學数年，结合多年临床经验，认为股骨头坏死的基本病理是基于络病进而发展成骨损，依据中医学经典理论和现代络病学原理分析，基于“重络以通，血气调达，以和阳通络”“重以调心，从心治络，以养心通络”“五脏一体，并调六腑，以化骨生髓通络”“衷中参西，西学东用，以科学综合应用”等4个方面，总结以养络、通络、兼调脏腑、配合现医学检查设备及研究来治疗股骨头坏死，综合阐述从络病理论论治股骨头坏死的机制和具体用药规律，为临床股骨头坏死的治疗提供新的思路和理念。

    Abstract Femoral head necrosis is a common disease in orthopedics.It belongs to the category of “bone erosion” and “arthralgia” in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It not only brings great pain to the patients，but also most of the patients can′t escape the fate of femoral head replacement.Therefore，finding an effective conservative method to treat femoral head necrosis has become a difficult problem in the medical field.Professor WANG Jin studied collateral disease theory for several years and summed up his many years of clinical experience.He believes that the basic pathology of femoral head necrosis is based on collateral disease and then develops into bone damage.Based on the analysis of classical TCM theories and modern collateral disease principles ......
