    摘要 生物转化技术具有选择性强、催化效率高、反应条件温和、反应种类多以及环境污染小等特点，该项技术应用于中药和天然药物开发的研究越来越多，可以为现代药物原料提供新的工艺或新替代品，对发掘中药活性成分、扩大药源、保护中药资源等有着重要意义。现以国内外最新研究报道为依据，分析了生物转化技术应用于中药和天然药物开发的意义，对转化反应的生物体系，其主要反应类型以及生物转化的影响因素进行总结，为进一步研究提供思路与方法。
