    摘要?神曲消食口服液具有消食健胃、健脾理气的功效，临床主要用于儿童消化功能紊乱症的治疗，其安全性和有效性得到高度认可。现代药理学研究表明，神曲消食口服液具有促进胃排空及消化液分泌、调节胃肠平滑肌收缩、增加肠道蠕动及小肠吸收、调节平衡肠道菌群、镇痛等作用，可缓解上腹部疼痛或烧灼感、餐后上腹饱胀和早饱感、嗳气、恶心或呕吐等症状。临床研究显示，神曲消食口服液对于厌食症、功能性消化不良、功能性腹痛均具有疗效。结合文献证据和临床专家用药经验，对神曲消食口服液的药理药效研究、临床应用研究及药物安全性进行归纳总结，形成临床应用指导意见，旨在规范临床用药。

And its safety and effectiveness have been highly recognized. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Shenqu xiaoshi Oral Liquid can promote gastric empties and secretion of digestive juice， regulate gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction， increase intestinal peristalsis and intestinal absorption， regulate and balance intestinal flora， and analgesia.
