    摘要?血栓性浅静脉炎是由于肢体浅静脉发生血栓性、炎症病变，以浅静脉出现条索状突起，形如蚯蚓、色赤，疼痛而硬等为主要表现特征，是临床上较为常见的血管疾病，多累及下肢。脉络舒通丸是国医大师唐祖宣治疗该病的经验方，由黄芪、金银花、黄柏、苍术、薏苡仁、玄参、当归、白芍、水蛭、蜈蚣、全蝎、甘草组成，具有清热解毒、化瘀通络的作用，临床疗效显著。现运用中医学思维分析下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的病因病机，从方剂学角度探析脉络舒通丸的组方配伍特点及其药物的作用机制，为其临床应用提供参考。

    Abstract?Thrombosis superficial phlebitis is caused by thrombotic and inflammatory lesions in the superficial veins of the limbs，resulting in the appearance of cord-like protuberance in the superficial veins，like earthworms，and it is red，painful and hard.Itis a relatively common vascular disease in clinical practice，seen in the lower limbs.Mailuo Shutong pill is the Chinese medicine master Tang Zuxuan′s experience prescription for the treatment of this disease.The medicine in the prescription is composed by astragalus membranaceus，honeysuckle，phellodendri phellodendri，atractylodes lancea，coix seed，radix hornwort，angelica sinica，white peony，leech，centipede，scorpion and licorice，which has the significant clinical effect of clearing away heat to remove toxin，removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals.This study aims to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of lower extremity thrombotic superficial phlebitis with traditional Chinese medicine thinking ......
