    摘要?中医体质学学科的创立人、中国工程院院士、国医大师王琦教授，经过50多年的临床实践与临床经验，提出了“辨体-辨病-辨证”诊疗模式。该模式的提出，充分体现了医师在临床诊疗中以人为本、突出个体差异的诊疗思想。本文以过敏体质为主题，从辨体-辨病-辨证，过敏体质治疗原则与要点及方药应用3个方面，归纳总结王琦教授治疗过敏体质相关疾病经验和过敏体质研究现状，重点对过敏体质的干预调体措施进行详细的介绍，以期为基础研究和临床工作提供相应的借鉴。
