    摘要?高雄激素血症(HA)是多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的重要内分泌特征之一。笔者临证时在辨证论治的基础上结合“态靶因果”处方策略，认为PCOS-HA核心病机为“热”，根据“分类-分证”思想，结合门诊病例，初步构建PCOS-HA“分类-分证”辨治方案，对上、中、下三焦3类PCOS-HA的热态进行分析，总结辨证要点，提出调治热态内环境的靶向方——凉膈散、黄连阿胶汤、半夏泻心汤、知柏地黄汤、丹栀逍遥散，以及靶向药——黄芩、黄连、栀子、知母、生地黄、黄柏等。

    Abstract?Hyperandrogenemia (HA) is one of the important endocrine features of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment，combined with the prescription strategy of “state target cause and effect”，the author thinks that the core pathogenesis of PCOS-HA is “heat”.According to the idea of “classification-sub-syndrome” and combined with outpatient cases，the scheme of “classification-sub-syndrome differentiation” of PCOS-HA is preliminarily constructed.The heat state of upper，middle and lower triple jiao PCOS-HA is analyzed，and the main points of syndrome differentiation are summarized.We put forward the target prescription of regulating hot internal environment-Liangge Powder，Huanglian Ejiao Decoction，Banxia Xiexin Decoction，Zhibai Dihuang Decoction ......
