    摘要 本文以方药连翘-4味汤散及其4味组成药物临床应用为线索，从历史书籍到现代临床应用，总结了该方药临床应用的文化轨迹。为连翘-4味汤的现代应用与进一步研究开发提供文献资料。

    Abstract In this paper，the clinical application of forsythia-4 ingredients decoction and its four components is the clue，the cultural track of clinical application of this formula was summarized from the modern clinical application to the historical literatures，to lay the literature foundation for the modern application and further research and development of it.

    连翘-4味汤散由止泻木子(连翘)240 g、拳参210 g、关木通210 g、麦冬(查干泵阿)150 g等4味单味药组成，有清热、止泻的功效，用于肠热、痢疾、腹痛、因热腹泻等[1-2]。此方属于凉性方剂。以祛希拉、止熱、腹泻药连翘为主药，祛希拉、清热查干泵嘎、清腹热时用关木通，止泻时用拳参作为辅助药，因此具有清热、止泻的功效。本文以方药连翘-4味汤散及其4味组成药物临床应用为线索，从历史书籍追记到现代临床应用，综述了该方药临床应用的文化轨迹。
