    摘要 从中医病机、中医体质、证型、治疗用药4个方面探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎与阳虚之间的关系，认为阳虚是慢性萎缩性胃炎发生发展的重要因素，关联于慢性萎缩性胃炎发病的始终，治疗上应时刻注意顾护阳气;预防上可以温阳行气为调理的基本原则，对延缓疾病进程、防止传变有积极意义。
