    摘要 总结谢晶日教授治疗胃癌前病变的临床经验。胃癌前病变的病情发展是由轻到重，由浅入深，因实致虚，因虚感邪，呈虚实夹杂之态，以脾胃虚弱、气阴两虚为本，瘀热浊毒留滞为标。谢师临证治疗时强调谨守病機，宏微相合，中西互参，用药轻平，遣方立法精当，攻补兼施，顾护正气以正本清源。列举验案1则以说明疗效。

    Professor XIE Jingri′s Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer
