    摘要 阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer′s Disease，AD)是一种进行性发展的神经系统退行性疾病，其病程进行缓慢，随着世界人口老龄化的日益加重，发病率逐年上升。AD为痴呆症最常见的一种形式，患病人数占所有痴呆症患者总人数的五分之三左右，已成为当今老年人死亡的主要原因之一，目前研制出能够长期治疗甚至治愈AD的药物是医学界尚未解决的难题之一，近年来临床多用胆碱酯酶抑制剂来治疗AD，除此之外，一些天然药物如石杉碱甲、人参皂苷、当归多糖等被证实对AD具有较好的治疗效果。本文将依据化学成分对具有治疗AD作用的天然药物进行分类归纳论述。
