    摘要 卒中后抑郁(Post Stroke Depression，PSD)是脑血管疾病常见的并发症之一，在我国卒中患者中发病率可高达47%，这既不利于患者神经功能的恢复，也会在很大程度上影响患者的生命质量，给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。现综述了近10年来卒中后抑郁的特色针刺疗法，包括醒脑开窍针法、通督调神针法、通督治郁针法、四关穴针法等。肯定了针刺在治疗PSD方面的临床疗效，为针刺治疗PSD的取穴思路的开拓及治疗方案的优化提供一定的参考。
