    摘要 中医药治疗老年期痴呆具有一定疗效，但依据现有老年期痴呆相关病机理论进行辨证论治，临床疗效常难以进一步提高，因此需要从新的视角诠释此病的病机。运用玄府理论新视角解析老年期痴呆的病机，提出脑内玄府郁闭是老年期痴呆的关键病机之一，其相应治法为开通玄府，可运用辛散宣发藥、芳香开窍药与虫类走窜药3类药物达到开通玄府目的。期望在现有老年期痴呆治法基础上，结合开通玄府法，进一步提高临床疗效。

    Discussion on Treatment of Senile Dementia from “Xuanfu”

    Abstract Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has some curative effect for senile dementia.However，based on the existing pathogenesis-related theories of senile dementia，it is difficult to improve the clinical efficacy.Therefore，it is necessary to interpret its pathogenesis from a new perspective.This paper uses a new perspective of Xuanfu theory to interpret the pathogenesis of senile dementia，and proposes that Xuanfu depression in the brain is one of the key pathogenesis of senile dementia.The corresponding treatment method is to open Xuanfu.A total of 3 types of medicines ......
