    摘要 山豆根来源于豆科植物越南槐Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.的干燥根和根茎，药理作用广泛，具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、增强免疫等多种药理作用，临床上可用于治疗肿瘤、咽喉炎症、肝炎等疾病。但其不良反应常见报道，毒理学研究发现山豆根可对消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统、肝胆系统等产生毒性。因此，本文结合国、内外报道综述了山豆根的主要活性成分和毒性成分、药理作用、毒性作用及其产生毒性的作用机制，为进一步研究山豆根的毒性及其临床合理用药提供参考。
