    摘要 随着我国老年人口的增加，帕金森病发病率越来越高，在临床上帕金森病合并抑郁症的患者也逐渐增多。通过临床观察，帕金森病合并抑郁症多见于老年人，而肝肾亏虚是帕金森病合并抑郁症的重要病机。临床实践表明，从肝肾论治帕金森病合并抑郁症取得了较好疗效。现探讨了帕金森病、抑郁症与肝肾的关系，并结合临床验案讲述从肝肾论治帕金森病合并抑郁症的用药。

    Treatment of Parkinson′s Disease Complicated with Depression from Liver and Kidney Theory

    Abstract With the increase in the aging population in China，the incidence of Parkinson′s disease is getting higher，and the number of patients with Parkinson′s disease complicated with depression is also gradually increasing in clinical practice.Through clinical observation，Parkinson′s disease complicated with depression is prone to occur in the elderly，and liver and kidney deficiency is important pathogenesis of Parkinson′s disease complicated with depression.Clinical practice shows that the treatment of Parkinson′s disease with depression from the liver and kidney theory has achieved good results.This article discussed the relationship of liver and kidney with Parkinson′s disease and depression and introduced medication protocols for the treatment of Parkinson′s disease with depression from the liver and kidney theory based on clinical cases. ......
