    摘要 中医学“治未病”思想历史悠久且始终保有科学性与先进性。辨证论治是中医学干预机体非健康状态的核心思维过程，“辨证保健”是辨证论治的传承与创新发展。绝经后骨质疏松症具有发病隐匿、发病率高、严重影响患者生命健康和生命质量的临床特点。本研究从辨证保健理论出发，首次提出了以“三分法”对绝经后骨质疏松症进行分期，确立亚健康判定标准，通过中医证候分类进行辨证干预，确立相应的保健法则及中药保健措施，同时结合综合性干预方法，为绝经后骨质疏松症的早发现、早干预、早获益提供思路和策略，以降低绝经后骨质疏松症的发病率，改善相关高危人群的亚健康状态，促进全民健康。
