    摘要 溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis，UC)是一种慢性非特异性的炎症性肠病，目前现有的治疗方式尚存在较大的局限性。中药应用作为一种辅助治疗手段，具有疗法丰富、不良反应较少、应用广泛等优点，成为了近年来UC治疗的新热点。研究表明，与肠道菌群之间的互作效应可能是中药改善UC的重要作用机制。现对中药与肠道菌群互作效应在UC治疗中的作用进行探讨，为中药在该领域的临床应用与开发，以及中医药防治UC提供了新的研究思路及科学依据。
