    摘要 脑卒中后失眠的发病率较高，对患者的身心健康及后期康复效果具有不同程度的影响，在康复治疗中往往被忽视。临床上对卒中后失眠的治疗大多依靠睡前服用安眠药，但长期应用该方案易产生耐药性及不良反应，很难从根本上解决问题。耳穴及五音疗法是有代表性的非药物、非侵入性疗法，也是中医颇具特色的传统疗法。通过对近年来相关文献的总结，本研究从卒中后失眠的现代医学机制和中医病因病机阐述、耳穴及五音疗法的理论机制及临床应用进展以及对耳穴结合五音疗法的展望及不足这三大方面进行综合分析，发现耳穴及五音疗法具有简便、省时、成本低、无痛、无不良反应等特点，且临床疗效显著，值得推广；并提出本方法可预防卒中后失眠，以期为耳穴结合五音对卒中后失眠的防治研究提供一定的参考。
