    摘要 硬皮病属于中医“痹证”的范畴，《黄帝内经》中对痹证定义、分类、病因病机、治疗及预后的阐述，为痹证类疾病的诊治奠定了理论基础。本文论证硬皮病所属的痹证范畴可囊括《黄帝内经》中各类五体痹、五脏痹等，以《黄帝内经》痹证理论为指导，结合硬皮病的临床表现和现代病理机制，从邪、虚、瘀和疾病传变等角度，探讨硬皮病的中医病机与治疗。

    Pathogenesis and Treatment of Scleroderma from the Theory of Impediment Syndrome in The Yellow Emperor′s Inner Classic

    Abstract Scleroderma belongs to the category of “impediment syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine.The definition，classification，etiology，pathogenesis，treatment，and prognosis of impediment syndrome in The Yellow Emperor′s Inner Classic have laid a theoretical foundation for diagnosis and treatment to impediment syndrome.This paper demonstrated that scleroderma belonged to the category of impediment syndrome，which included all kinds of five-body constituent impediment syndrome and five zang-organ impediment syndrome in The Yellow Emperor′s Inner Classic.Guided by the impediment syndrome theory in The Yellow Emperor′s Inner Classic ......
