    The approach of establishment of medication record for the clinic apothecary

    [Abstract] The problems encountered in establishing medication record were analyzed from aspects of policy, concept, management and technology.Thus to analyze the problems encountered in the establishment of medication record and put forward the solutions. The research showedin order to establish medication record, we should assume a down-to-earth attitude to start from the fundamental work,only motivated by corresponding policy and technology can it be carried out orderly in a long term.
