    [摘要] 目的：探讨由恶性肿瘤所致的上腔静脉压迫综合征的治疗方法和临床价值。方法：30例患者均为单纯外照射，采用60Co照射，前后对穿放疗，总剂量为4 000～7 000 cGy。结果：30例患者完全缓解或部分缓解29例，无明显改善1例，总有效率(CR+PR)为96.67%。结论：采用冲击放射治疗，可使造成上腔静脉压迫综合征的瘤体迅速缩小，受压症状消失快，疗效高，缓解期长，不失为上腔静脉压迫综合征临床选用的治疗手段。

    The clinical value of radiotherapy in superior vena cana syndrone

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy in superior vena cana syndrome(SVCS)by m alignant tumour. Methods: 30 cases of SVCS by oncothlipisis were given radiotherapy of DT 4 000～7 000 cGy(with 60Co). Results: 30 cases of patients with SVCS, complete remission or partial remission in 29 cases, no significant improvement in 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.67% (CR and PR). Conclusion: Radiotherapy can reduce tumour(causing SVCS),alleviate pressure symptom quickly. So it has higher therapeutic effect and longer remission time than radiotherapy or interventional chemotherapy alone. It is an effective treatment method to SVCS. ......
