    [摘要] 在当前农村医疗条件简陋和卫生工作薄弱情况下，组织城市青年医务人员深入农村开展疾病诊疗，解除农民病痛，举行医学讲座，培训医护员工，规范诊疗方案，宣传疾病防治，普及医学常识，一定程度上缓解了缺医少药的现象，提升了乡村医生诊疗水平，有力增强农民卫生保健观念，增强青年医务人员服务农村医疗的社会责任感，加强了城市与乡村医疗的合作，推动新农村医疗体制改革，为形成全社会合理分配医疗资源和构建和谐社会提供新思路。

    [Abstract] Under the simple medical condition and medical and weak health work, the author organized the city youth medical personnel to go to countryside to diagnose and treat disease and relief the peasant complaint, held the medical lecture and train medical personnel, made the diagnose and treatprogramstandard, propagandaed the disease prevention and cure ,made the medical knowledgepervasion, relieved the short of medicine, promoted thecountrydoctorlevel,powerfully reinforcedthe peasant conceptofhealth care, strengthened the youth consciousness of responsibility of service the country medicine,enhancedthe cooperation between city and country on medicine, impulsed the reform of new countryside medicalsystem, and provided the new thinking of the reasonableallocation of medical resources and theconstruction of harmony society. ......
