    [摘要] 目的：了解喉癌患者在全喉切除术后治疗期间的内心感受，引导护士为患者提供全身心的服务。方法：采用Van Manen的诠释现象学研究法，深入访谈11例全喉切除术后患者。结果：喉癌患者在全喉切除术后的治疗中内心的体验和感受归纳为3个主题：①丧失发音功能后经历震惊与接受；②饮食和生活习惯的改变；③健康知识缺乏及渴望获得支持。结论：护士应深入了解全喉切除术对患者心理状况和生存状态的巨大影响，对全喉切除术后患者进行全面的身心护理，使其尽快摆脱治疗过程的痛苦，以促进身心康复。

    Qualitative study of actual experience on patients with laryngeal carcinoma and received total laryngectomy

    [Abstract] Objective: To understand the personal feelings of patients with laryngeal carcinoma and received total laryngectomy, and guide the nurse to provide holistic nursing service. Methods: The data of 11 patients received total laryngectomy were collected through deep interview andanalyzed by Van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological method. Results: There were 3 types of main experience for patients with laryngeal carcinoma and received total laryngectomy: ①patients experienced a psychological process of shock and acceptance after they lost their voice; ②patients' diet and personal habits changed; ③patients lacked health knowledge and needed more supports. Conclusion: Nurses should have a deep understanding of the full impact of total laryngectomy on patients' psychological and living experience, and make sure to give them an overall physiopsychic nursing, so as to free them from the anguish of therapy, and promote their psychological and physical recovery. ......
