    [摘要] 目的：探讨鼻内镜手术后复查换药前对患者的评估及护理。方法：对80例鼻内镜手术后复查换药前患者进行评估及护理。换药前重点加强以下方面的评估，询问患者特殊疾病史，身体一般情况的观察，了解疼痛的耐受情况，观察惧怕、焦虑心理反应。针对评估存在的问题采取有效的护理干预。结果：80例鼻内镜手术后复查换药患者最大限度地预防和减轻换药时的痛苦及不良反应，配合医生顺利完成鼻腔换药。结论：尽管患者鼻内镜换药有一定的痛苦及不良反应，但有效的护理干预有助于预防和减轻患者换药时的痛苦及不良反应，配合医生顺利完成换药。

    Evaluation and nursing of the patient before reexamining and redressing them after the operation with inner-nose mirror

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss how to evaluate and nurse the patients before reexamining and redressing them after the operation with the inner-nose mirror. Methods: After we evaluated and nursed 80 patients before reexamining and redressing them after the operation with the inner-mirror, we suggested that attention be paid to the following key-points in evaluation, request for the diseases history of the patient, close observation of all the details of the patient, such as the tolerance of pains and psychological reaction to their fears and worries, and effective and careful resolutions to the above problems in evaluation. Results: We helped the above 80 patients to prevent and lessen their pains and sufferings when they were being reexamined and redressed. Therefore, doctors could redress them easily. Conclusion: Although patients suffer greatly and react badly when they are being redressed with the inner-nose mirror, effective nursing and treatment may prevent and lessen their sufferings and have their positive reaction and doctors can redress them at ease. ......
