    [摘要] 目的：探讨膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注的护理干预方法，以使患者积极主动地配合治疗，减少膀胱癌术后膀胱内灌注的副作用。方法：对60例膀胱癌术后行膀胱内药物灌注患者采取一系列的针对性护理措施，并跟踪调查记录。结果：所有患者随访12～18个月，平均15个月，59例患者积极配合治疗，保持比较乐观的态度，1例因为经济和年龄问题放弃治疗，5例患者出现不同程度的副作用，无一例复发。结论：应用适当的针对性的护理措施，能降低膀胱癌术后膀胱内灌注的副作用，从而有效预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发和提高术后患者的生活质量。

    Nursing care and intervention for postoperative bladder irrigation in patients with bladder cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the nursing care for the postoperative bladder irrigation in patients with bladder cancer, and help the patients involve in the treatment actively and reduce the side effects. Methods: 60 cases of postoperative bladder irrigation were given a series of nursing management and recorded the follow-up results. Results: All cases were followed up from 12 to 18 months, the average period was 15 months. 59 patients with highly compliance maintain positive psychological status of nursing intervention. 1 patient stopped treatment due to economic factor and aging. 5 patients which maintained treatment compliantly appeared different degrees of adverse events, no patient was reoccurred. Conclusion: Timely and effectively nursing intervention can reduce the adverse effects and enhance the life quality for the postoperative bladder irrigation in patients with bladder cancer. ......
