    [摘要] 目的：探讨老年人结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻的临床特点、发病机制、治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析67例老年结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻手术病例。结果：67例患者均能康复出院，其中1例发生吻合口瘘，经保守治疗后痊愈出院，无死亡病例。结论：老年人肠梗阻应引起足够重视，严格掌握手术适应证，做好充分术前准备，因人而异选择合理的术式，加强围术期处理，是保证手术成功的关键。

    Surgery effect analysis of 67 cases elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical features, pathogenesis, methods of elderly acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer.Mothods: Retrospective analyzed the 67 cases of elderly colorectal cancer patients with acute intestinal obstruction. Results: All patients were discharged, except one of them occurred in anastomotic. After conservative rehabilitation, he was discharged. There was no death. Conclusion: Intestinal obstruction of aged should be taken sufficient attention. To judge surgical indications strictly, make full preoperative preparation, choose a reasonable procedure person to person, strengthen the perioperative management are keys to successful operation. ......
