铁路企业推行食品卫生监督量化分级管理制度分析
李 铭 马岚云[摘要] 目的:分析铁路企业推行食品卫生量化分级管理存在的诸多因素,期望给决策者提供参考或提示。方法:根据卫生监督过程中发现的问题和现状,进行综合性分析。结果:铁路企业推行食品卫生量化分级管理制度存在有利条件和不利因素。结论:通过加大宣传力度、先评级后改造、卫生许可把关、建立激励机制等方法,可以顺利推展该项制度。

Analysis of the implementation of food hygiene management in the railway enterprise

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the implementation of food hygiene management at different levels of quantitative factors in the railway enterprise, hope to provide a reference or hint to the policy-makers. Methods: A comprehensive analysis was conducted according to the problems found in health inspection and the status quo. Results: There were many favorable conditions and unfavorable factors to implement the quantify levels of food hygiene management system in the railway companies. Conclusion: The system can be successfully implemented by increasing publicity, evaluating the rank firstly and then improving the condition, strict hygienic permission examination, establishing an incentive mechanism and so on. ......
