    [摘要] 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT泌尿系成像(MSCTU)对重复肾、输尿管的诊断价值。方法:16例重复肾、输尿管的患者行多层螺旋CT平扫、增强、延迟扫描,采用三维重建技术对原始数据进行重建,获得泌尿系立体图像。结果:16例重复肾、输尿管患者发生于单侧13例(左侧9例,右侧4例), 3例发生于双侧,可见双肾、双输尿管者2例;重复肾积水6例(双侧1例),并发输尿管结石2例,输尿管末端囊肿1例,未见输尿管异位开口。结论:MSCTU可多方位观察肾脏及输尿管病变,从三维立体图像上获得更多诊断信息,对重复肾、输尿管诊断及临床治疗具有重要的应用价值。

    The diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT urography (MSCTU) on duplex kidneys with abnormal ureters

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT urography (MSCTU) on duplex kidneys with abnormal ureters. Methods: 16 cases with duplication of renal pelvis and ureter malformation were undergone multi-slice spiral CT scan, enhance, delayed scanningg, used the three-dimensional recons ruction technology to carry on the reconstruction to the primary data, to obtain three-dimensional image of urinary system. Results: 16 cases of duplication of kidney and ureter in patients occurred in 13 cases of unilateral (the right side of 9 cases, the right side of 4 cases), occurred in 3 cases of bilateral, showed renal, double ureter in 2 cases; repeat hydronephrosis example 6 (example 1 bilateral), 2 cases of complicated ureteral calculi, ureteral end 1 case of cysts and no ectopic ureter. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT urography is very important application value of diagnosis and clinical treatment on duplex kidneys with abnormal ureters, it can be get more diagnostic information from the three-dimensional images,multi-directional observation of the kidney and ureter lesion. ......
