新医改后医药企业如何突围

    [摘要] 新医改政策出台,解决了老百姓的医疗服务问题,同时对于医药企业来说,既有机遇又有挑战。整个医药行业将面临着大洗牌,原有的企业营销战略必须做一个根本的调整,才能适应公共产品市场的要求。医药企业需要调整思路,开拓进取,通过终端下沉,完善渠道管理,整合产品线组合,设立科学合理的医药产品价格形成机制,真正做到降低药价,才能使自身立于不败之地,促进企业快速可持续发展。

    [Abstract] Introduction of new medical reform policy solves the medical problems of ordinary people,at the same time,bringing both opportunities and challenges to the pharmaceutical companies. The entire pharmaceutical industry will be faced with major reshuffle, the original corporate's marketing strategies must make a fundamental adjustment to adapt to market requirements of public goods.
