    [摘要] 目的:探讨宫角妊娠的临床特征及早期诊断与治疗。方法:采用回顾性分析法对2003年1月～2008年9月我院收治的15例宫角妊娠的临床资料进行分析。结果:我院2003年1月～2008年9月共收治异位妊娠794例,其中,宫角妊娠15例,占1.89%(15/794);14例行B超检查,1例误诊,B超早期诊断符合率达92.8%(13/14);15例患者中,13例行剖宫手术,2例行B超下清宫。宫角妊娠临床特点多有停经史、腹痛、不规则阴道出血及子宫患侧宫角突起或宫旁包块。结论:子宫角妊娠的危险性高,早期诊断,及时采取安全有效的治疗措施,对患者的预后极为重要。

    Clinical analysis of 15 cases with cornual pregnancy

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical characteristics, the early diagnosis and treatment of uterine horn pregnancy. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 15 cases with uterine horn pregnancy admitted and treated in this hospital from January 2003 to September 2008. Results: 794 cases with ectopic pregnancy were treated, 15 cases were cornual pregnancy[1.89% (15/794)], 14 cases were routine B ultrasonography, 1 case of misdiagnosis, the diagnostic accordance rate of early in B ultrasonography was 92.8% (13/14). There were 13 routine laparotomy among 15 patients, 2 patients were treated by the qinggong under the B ultrasonography; the cornual pregnancy many clinical features of the history of menopause, abdominal pain, irregular vaginal bleeding and ipsilateral uterine cornual process or mass. Conclusion: The uterine horn pregnancy high-risk, early diagnosis, timely treatment is safe and effective measures on the prognosis of the patients. ......
