    [摘要] 在胃癌的生长及转移过程中，新生血管形成是其重要的基础，而血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF)作为促血管生成的因子，越来越受到关注。目前对于胃癌与VEGF的研究已成为热点，已有不少研究发现VEGF与胃癌的演进和转移密切相关，但这些研究中也有很多不一致之处，故本文就VEGF与胃癌的关系作一综述。

    [Abstract] In the growth and metastasis process of gastric cancer, angiogenesis is the important foundation. As the factor that promotes angiogenesis, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is drawing increasing attention. At present, studies on gastric cancer and VEGF have become a focus of research. Many studies have found that VEGF is closely related to the evolution and metastasis of gastric cancer. However, there are many inconsistencies among these studies. Therefore, this paper reviews the relationship between VEGF and gastric cancer. ......
