    [摘要] 目的：探讨抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗CCP抗体)与类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床表现的相关性。方法：收录139例RA患者的临床表现及X线分期。以酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定其抗CCP抗体水平，抗类风湿因子(RF)采用乳胶凝集法测定，魏氏法测定血沉(ESR)。结果：抗CCP抗体阳性患者在血沉的分布(阴性 vs 阳性)、X线分期的分布(Ⅰ+Ⅱ期 vs Ⅲ+Ⅳ期)、关节外表现的分布(5.1分 vs ≤5.1分)方面与抗CCP抗体阴性患者比较，差异均有高度统计学意义(χ2=14.89、6.87、14.63、7.27，均P<0.01)。结论：抗CCP抗体与病情活动的指标(血沉、DAS 28评分)有关，与RA患者关节破坏程度(X线分期)和关节外表现有关。

    Correlation of anti-CCP antibody and the clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the correlation between anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibody and the clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: 139 patients with RA were evaluated (functional class, joint count, hands X-ray). Anti-CCP antibody serum titres were measured by the anti-CCP enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rheumatoid factor (RF) was detected by latex agglutination. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate was detected by Wen's method. Results: There were statistical differences of the ESR positive and negative, Ⅰ+Ⅱ stage of X ray group and Ⅲ+Ⅳ, different extra articular manifestations, DAS 28>5.1 scores and DAS 28≤5.1 scores between the positive anti-CCP antibody group and the negative anti-CCP antibody group (χ2=14.89, 6.87, 14.63, 7.27, all P<0.01). Conclusion: Anti-CCP antibody is correlated with ESR, the disease activity score 28(DAS 28), stage of X ray and extra articular manifestations in RA patients. ......
