    [摘要] 目的：从中药乌头(Aconitum Paniculigerum Nakai)中提取多糖并对其进行含量测定。方法：乙醇超声提取得到多糖，采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法、紫外可见分光光度法对其进行含量测定，检测波长为(490±1) nm。结果：乌头多糖在0.020 2～0.101 0 mg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系，r=0.999 7，平均回收率为100.60%，RSD=1.97%。药材中多糖以葡萄糖为标准含量，含量为15.82%。结论：该方法准确快速、重现性好。

    Studies on extraction and determination of polysaccharide in Aconitum Paniculigerum Nakai

    [Abstract] Objective: To extract and determine the content of polysaccharide in Aconitum Paniculigerum Nakai. Methods: Polysaccharide was abtained by ethanol, and the content of polysaccharide was identified by anthrone-sulfuricacid colorimetry and UV method with the wavelength was (490±1) nm. Results: Polysaccharide had a good linearity within 0.020 2-0.101 0 mg/ml (r=0.999 7), the average recovery was 100.60% and RSD was1.97%. Conclusion: This method is quick, accurate and reliable for determination of Aconitum Paniculigerum Nakai. ......
