    [摘要] 目的：通过观察晚期肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群特点，探讨其免疫功能状况及临床意义。方法：应用流式细胞仪检测56例晚期肿瘤患者(肿瘤组)及42例健康体检者(健康组)外周血淋巴细胞亚群计数，并对其作比较。结果：肿瘤组较健康组T细胞亚群CD8+比值上升，CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值下降，差值有统计学意义(P<0.05)，CD3+比值升高，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，B细胞亚群下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，NK比值下降，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：晚期肿瘤患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能均低于健康人，其中体液免疫下降较明显，对临床应用提高免疫力药物也具有指导意义。

    Clinical characteristics and significance of lymphocyte subsets in patients with advanced cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical characteristics of lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with advanced cancer in order to evaluate immune function and clinical significance of lymphocyte subsets. Methods: Lymphocyte subsets counted in peripheral blood of 56 patients with advanced cancer and 42 cases of healthy people were compared by the flow cytometry. Results: CD8+ ratio of patients with advanced cancer was significantly higher than that of the healthy people, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio and B cell subgroup were significantly lower in cancer patients than that of the healthy people (all P<0.05). CD3+ ratio was higher in cancer patients and NK ratio was lower, but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Cellular immune function and humoral immune function of patients with advanced cancer are lower than that of healthy people, and the humoral immune function dropped significantly, this finding is instructive on how to improve the clinical application of immunity drugs. ......
