胰腺癌CT增强程度与微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子表达的相关性分析

    [摘要] 目的:探讨胰腺癌病灶CT增强与瘤体实质微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法:选择经手术切除的胰腺癌患者38例,术前均行CT增强扫描;分析胰腺癌病灶CT增强情况与瘤体实质MVD、VEGF表达的相关性。结果:胰腺癌CT胰实质期瘤体强化程度、形式与其恶性度高低呈显著负相关(r=-0.695,P0.05)。结论:胰腺癌病灶CT增强程度可有效反映瘤体实质MVD、VEGF的表达情况,能反映瘤体实质微血管形成情况。

    The relationship between Enhancement patterns of CT and expression of microvessel density and vascular endothelial growth factor

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the correlation between parameters of computed tomography (CT) enhancement and microvessel density (MVD) or expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) of the tumor in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods: 38 patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent dynamic CT and tumor resection were studied. The relationships between the perfusion parameters and MVD or expression of VEGF of the tumor were analyzed. Results: CT enhancement of tumor was inversely proportional with the m alignant degree of pancreatic carcinoma (r=-0.695, P<0.001) and the MVD counting in the hot spot areas of tumor (r=-0.768, P<0.001). The pathological grade positively correlated with MVD (r=0.395, P<0.05), and had no correlation with VEGF expression (r=-0.290, P>0.05). Conclusion: Parameters of CT enhancement can reflect the expression of MVD and VEGF in the tumor effectively, and is an indicator for evaluating angiogenesis. ......
