    [摘要] 扶正祛邪治法源于《内经》，扩充于《伤寒论》。吴鞠通在继承前人理论的基础上，著书《温病条辨》，开创三焦辨证理论。在分别使用解表、散结、攻下等祛邪法治疗温病的同时，强调中病即止、增液保阴、勿妄下热、久病扶正等观点，并运用于遣方用药的攻补相辅。通过实践的方法对祛邪扶正治法进行了验证，强调了正气和邪气在疾病发展过程中的转变，揭示了处理“补虚、留邪”，“祛邪、伤正”两组矛盾的辨证思路，倡导了邪正并重、邪正合治的中医治疗思想。

    The application on the method of reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogenic qi in Systematized Identification of Warn Diseases

    [Abstract] The method of reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogenic qi originates in Internal Classic, and is developed in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases. Wu Jutong wrote The Systematized Identification of Warn Diseases based on the present theories, and developed the "San Jiao" diagnostic method. During the using of the methods of reinforcing the healthy qi such as releasing the exterior, dispersing stagnation and purgation, in order to stress the importance of proper treatment of determining the course of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, reserving yin by increasing body fluid, cautious usage of purgation and reinforcing the healthy qi to prolonged disease. The tonification and purgation in combination of using medicine was applied in formulation. The method of reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogenic qi was validated through the clinical usage in order to stress the healthy qi and pathogenic qi during the development of disease, and reveal the diagnostic logic of solving the dilemma of "reinforcing deficiency while releasing pathogenic qi" and "dispersing pathogenic qi while damaging healthy qi", and propos the TCM treatment logic of valuing and treating both healthy qi and pathogenic qi. ......
