    [摘要] 目的：探讨聚焦解决模式在宫颈癌患者心理护理中的方法及效果。方法：选择2010年1月～2011年4月在本院就诊的宫颈癌患者78例，均实施聚焦解决模式护理干预措施。结果：78例患者中积极配合者65例，干预后患者在自我评估、护士评估方面与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后患者焦虑症状自评低于干预前，差异有统计学意义(t=9.669，P<0.05)。结论：以聚焦解决模式为依据的护理干预策略可以为宫颈癌患者提供有效的心理护理，此模式有望在护理其他领域顺利展开。

    Application of solution focused approach in nursing of cervical cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the methods and effects of solution focused approach application in nursing of cervical cancer. Methods: 78 cases cervical cancer in our hospital were chosen from January 2010 to April 2011, all patients were taken solution focused approach nursing interventions. Results: There were 65 patients actively operated in coordination among 78 cases. The differences of the intervention self and nurse assessments before and after intervention were significant (all P<0.05). After the intervention, patients with anxiety self-assessment were lower than before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (t=9.669, P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing intervention strategies based on solution focused approach can provide effective psychological care for cervical cancer, the method is expected to start smoothly on the other areas of care. ......
