    [摘要] 目的：观察奇正消痛贴治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将我院70例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为A组(奇正消痛贴组)和B组(双氯芬酸钠片组)，每组各35例。治疗1周后观察评定其治疗效果。结果：A组总有效率为86.67%，优良率为43.33%；B组总有效率为84.38%，优良率为40.63%。两组总有效率和优良率比较，差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论：奇正消痛贴在治疗膝骨关节炎导致的疼痛、关节活动度受限的疗效较口服非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)的疗效略好。因此，综合考虑首选奇正消痛贴治疗膝骨关节炎应该是可行的，尤其对于原有胃十二指肠、肝肾疾病及心血管等疾病的患者。

    Observation of curative effects on Qizheng Relieving-pain Paste in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effects of Qizheng Relieving-pain Paste in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into the group A of Qizheng Relieving-pain Paste with 35 patients and the group B of Diclofenac Sodium Tablets with 35 patients. The curative effects were observed and assessed after treatment for one week. Results: The effective rate of group A was 86.67%, and the group B was 84.38%, the good rate of group A was 43.33%, and the group B was 40.63%; with no significant difference between the effective rate and good rate of the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Qizheng Relieving-pain Paste has more curative effects compared with the oral NSAIDs in the treatment of treating pain and limitation of range of motion caused by knee osteoarthritis. So the preferred use of Qizheng Relieving-pain Paste in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis should be feasible, especially for patients with gastroduodenal disease, liver and kidney disease and cardiovascular disease. ......
