    [摘要] 目的 探讨二氢嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD)在外周血中转录水平与替吉奥化疗不良反应的关系。 方法 选择川北医学院附属医院2011年1月～2013年6月失去手术根治机会或出现复发转移的54例晚期胃癌患者接受口服替吉奥化疗，采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测患者外周血中DPD mRNA的表达，比较其表达与化疗不良反应的关系。 结果 胃癌患者外周血DPD mRNA的表达与化疗引起的恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、腹泻及口腔黏膜炎等不良反应无明显相关性(P > 0.05)。 结论 胃癌患者替吉奥化疗的不良反应不受DPD mRNA表达的影响。

    Relationship between the expression of DPD mRNA in peripheral blood and adverse drug reactions of S-1 chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between the transcription of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) in peripheral blood (PB) and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of S-1. Methods From January 2011 to June 2013， 54 patients with advanced gastric cancer who lost the opportunities of radical surgery and recurrence or metastasis were administrated with S-1 orally in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical University. The reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was adopted to detect the expression of DPD mRNA in PB and its relationship with ADRs was compared.
