    [摘要] 目的 探究隐匿性阴茎的小儿患者接受Devine术式加阴囊转移皮瓣治疗的临床效果，探究其并发症以及各方面的康复效果。 方法 选取自2011年12月～2012年6月温岭市妇幼保健院治疗的隐匿性阴茎患者49例，患者均接受Devine矫正手术，随访观察Devine术式加阴囊转移皮瓣在隐匿性阴茎矫正手术中的应用效果。 结果 所有研究纳入的患者均Ⅰ期愈合，术后阴茎长度(5.00±1.60)cm，与术前[(2.49±1.00)cm]比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。随访6～24个月，所有患者术后阴茎外观正常，阴茎显露正常，未发现阴茎有水肿、包皮缺血、勃起疼痛等并发症。 结论 对隐匿性阴茎患者进行Devine矫正，可显著提高生活质量，快速康复而少有不良反应，从而保证小儿正常生长发育，适宜临床应用推广。
