    [摘要] 目的 探讨赛肤润联合特定电磁波治疗仪预防经外周置入中心静脉导管术(PICC)术后机械性静脉炎的临床效果。 方法 选择2012年11月～2013年12月在重庆三峡中心医院肿瘤病区首次行PICC穿刺,且从贵要静脉置入的患者120例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各60例。实验组采用赛肤润涂擦联合特定电磁波治疗仪照射，对照组采用硫酸镁进行湿敷，观察1周，比较两组患者静脉炎发生率及严重情况，同时比较两组患者置管情况。 结果 实验组术后仅3例发生静脉炎，Ⅰ级2例，Ⅱ级1例，Ⅲ级0例。对照组17例发生静脉炎，Ⅰ级8例，Ⅱ级6例，Ⅲ级3例。静脉炎发生率和严重程度两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；置管情况，实验组58例一次成功，对照组32例，实验组一次成功率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 赛肤润联合特定电磁波治疗仪用于PICC中，可以降低术后机械性静脉炎的发生率，减轻严重程度，提高置管成功率。

    Effect of Sanyrene combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic

    apparatus on prevention of mechanical phlebitis after PICC

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Sanyrene combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus on prevention of mechanical phlebitis after PICC. Methods From November 2012 to December 2013, 120 patients recieved PICC puncture for the first time in Department of Tumor Ward of Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital, who were placed from the basilic vein, were selected, then they were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The experiment group were rubbed with Sanyrene and irradiated the specific electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus; the control group were given magnesium Sulfate for wet compress , observation time was for a week, two groups of patients with phlebitis incidence and serious situation were compared, at the same time, two groups of patients with tube insertion were compared. Results The experiment group after operation, there were only 3 cases of phlebitis, 2 cases were grade Ⅰ, 1 case was grade Ⅱ, 0 case was grade Ⅲ; while the control group, there were 17 cases of phlebitis, 8 cases were grade Ⅰ, 6 cases were grade Ⅱ, 3 cases were grade Ⅲ, the phlebitis incidence and severity were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The situation of tube insertion were compared, 58 cases in the experiment group were successful at once, while the control group were 32 cases, the once success rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Using the Sanyrene and the special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus in PICC can reduce the postoperative mechanical phlebitis incidence, severity, and improve the success rate of catheterization. ......
